Primary Purpose:
To provide support, repair, and installation of computing devices and related peripherals, audio-visual
equipment, and software.
To provide level one assistance with network issues.
To provide training and mentoring of Campus Technicians.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree, technical degree, or technical training/certification
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Windows OS
Knowledge of Mac OS
Knowledge of iOS
Experience repairing and troubleshooting printers
Experience supporting and troubleshooting local area networks
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintains and supports District computers
- Maintains and supports District iOS devices
- Maintains and supports printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
- Maintains and supports audio-visual equipment such as projectors and document cameras
- Maintains and supports interactive displays
- Level 1 support for networking issues
- Maintains hardware inventory database in the field
- Assists with installation and implementation
- Efficiently prioritizes and completes work orders
- Maintains technical certifications
- Maintain confidentiality on staff and student information.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
- All other duties as assigned.
