Job Title: Campus Staff Assistant Wage/Hour Status: Non-Exempt, 187 Days

Primary Purpose:
To provide assistance for campus staff through knowledge of copy machine and copy room equipment, mail room operations, and receptionist support.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate office equipment
Knowledge of District organization and operations as required for this position
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prioritize and manage copy requests from all staff. Manage and process requests for copies from faculty and staff. Maintain a neat and organized copy room environment.
- Coordinate maintenance for the centralized, high-volume centralized copy machines in the campus office.
- Maintain usage logs used for departmental charge-back for the centralized and high-volume copy machines in the campus office.
- Track paper usage as assigned and maintain the necessary toner, paper and office supplies to fulfill copy requests.
- Maintain the mail room and disseminate all incoming intra-district and U.S.P.S. mail. Manage deliveries to campus personnel.
- Serve as front office receptionist.
- Provide clerical support as needed for special projects or mailings.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as designed by District staff.
- Assist in campus duty assignments as required.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
- All other duties as assigned.
Equipment Used:
Copy machine, laminate machine, multi-line telephone, postage meter and machine, computer.
