Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise and support the district attendance advocate
Serve as district liaison for Diversity Advisory Council
Serve as district liaison for SHAC
Oversee and coordinate district summer programs
Serve as administrator on call at campuses as needed
Coordinate the district’s transfer process for student transfers
Respond to student records requests
Facilitate The Fitness Gram
Oversee district approval of non-school literature and information flyers
Oversee the Foreign Exchange Program
Support HB5 implementation
Support principals and assistant principals in managing discipline
Collaborate, update and distribute the parent/student handbook
Oversee the Student Code of Conduct and implementation of Chapter 37
Collaborate with SRO officers
Facilitate district communication with JJAEP
Collaborate with others to support campus behavior RTI procedures
Assist with DAEP placements and reintegration plan
Guide the District 504 program
Serve as 504 hearing and compliance officer
Serve as the district level two hearing officer for parent/student complaints
Partner with professional learning group for required trainings
Provide professional growth opportunities to assistant principals |
