Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

May 28th through June 28th for summer school

Remaining summer schedule will be with the technology department

Primary Purpose:

The technology helper will provide tier one support and maintenance for summer school computing systems and peripherals. 

Qualifications:

 

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalency

 

Required Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of installation, troubleshooting, and repair of computer-related equipment and peripherals

Knowledge of mobile computing devices such as iPads

Experience with computer operating systems and hardware configurations

Experience working with computer networks

Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Initiative and problem solving skills

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Set up and maintain the operations of computer systems and other campus technologies
  2. Track repairs on all technology related equipment on the campus
  3. Install licensed software
  4. Maintain technology campus inventory
  5. Track, maintain, and update campus iPad sets
  6. Set up and ensure testing software is working properly during testing windows.
  7. Facilitate distribution of technology throughout the campus
  8. Maintain confidentiality
